What Muse House is

Muse House is a stateless blueprint service. It answers questions from your Muse assistant — which connectors to turn on, what a Money Room looks like, whether an action needs your approval first — and hands back blueprints your assistant uses to organize your life.

What we collect

Nothing. The service stores no accounts, no names, no financial data, no conversation history, and no identifiers. Every request is independent: we read the question, answer it from public blueprints, and forget it.

Feedback messages

If you use the help form, your message is forwarded to our support inbox (support@mymuse.house) through our email provider and not stored on our servers. Only anonymous abuse-prevention counts (messages per hour, kept in memory and never persisted) are retained.

If you ask your Muse assistant to relay feedback, the message is structured (kind, room, summary, details) and anything looking like personal data — emails, phone numbers, long digit strings, dollar amounts — is redacted before sending. Never include private information in feedback; describe the issue, not your data.

What we log

Standard web-server operational logs (timestamps, request paths, error counts) used to keep the service running. These contain no user content — tool arguments are not persisted.

Where your data lives

With you. Your board, your routines, your approvals, and your connected accounts live inside your own Muse — never on our servers. When you use the website configurator, the name, timezone, and spend threshold you enter are sent to our server in a POST request body (never in the URL) solely to mint your house template, then discarded — nothing is stored, and request-path logs contain no user content. The finished house pack is downloaded by you.

Third parties

We share nothing with third parties because we hold nothing to share — with one exception: the Bling shop. Payments there are processed by Stripe. When you buy a delight, you pay on Stripe's own secure pages: we never see or store your card number. All we receive is the order confirmation (item, amount, and the email you entered for delivery). Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
